The Museum of Sculpture of Sergey Konenkov (Музей скульптуры Коненкова)

The sculptor Sergey Konenkov (1874-1971) was born in Smolensk region in the peasant family.

The Museum of Sculpture of Sergey Konenkov was opened in 1973 in association with the creator. The Museum presents three periods of creative work: “the Moscow period” (1895-1923), “the American period” (1924-1945), “the late Moscow period” (1946-1971).

The museum collection contains works of art of marble, gypsum, metal, and wood; photographs of the sculptor Sergey Konenkov, his chattel and instruments.

The Museum is placed in the one-stage villa in Rococo Style with Old Russian architecture style.

Open hours and price

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday – from 10 to 18 (ticket office from 10 to 17.30)

Friday – from 10 to 17 (ticket office from 10 to 16.30)

Day off – Monday, and the last Wednesday of each month

Ticket price 100 rubles
